The woman in your link is an incarnated "tall grey". It's a very strong image, probably still present in her body. All the "regular" greys were kicked out and are now working to build up New Nibiru (which is a planet within naked eye visual range of Earth). I don't know what the other grey insectoids are originally, it seems they took inspiration from the main grey race and changed their bodies to something similar, then started incarnating in different places or just messing with planets trying to take over. They're not aware, because they are incarnated as humans.

Reptilians are a real, Earth native race of their own. Their souls could be anything, but if incarnated as reptilian, they are reptilian and will know it because it's part of their sensory experience and undeniable.

If you look at this Trump family photo for example, you'll know they are all reptilians because reptilians only mate with reptilians, it won't work with humans. But some of them appear to be greys incarnated as reptilians...
