Alissa's gong is more dark orange or brown, I guess I just mindlessly left this out because it's obvious to me; it means your energy is traditional red vampiric gong, as compared to the specific Alissa version gong.

It can be anything physical, but it has to be done in such a manner that karma is removed, virtue created, and a transformation to purer planes of existence takes place from the activity (which it can do when syncing with ancient Egyptian deities or hindu avatars, who don't apply modern western moralism, so whoring or slaughtering animals can be legit methods).
