So for cantrips, if you didn't originally choose it, then you may learn it given 25 gold to buy a scroll and 8 hours to learn it. In addition you will need to cast it once and for that you would ask the city guards to use their training grounds. Gwen and Autumn did that successfully but you just need to explicitly do it.

For all other vanilla spells you as a cleric would have them in your book, level 1 to 9 vanilla spells only. So as long as you have the book you can cast any spell you have an open slot for.

If you don't have the book, there will be disadvantage or something other than ones like healing. You don't need the book for cantrips I'd think since you should know those well. So Yulya will be extremely valuable once she hits 3rd level tier casting, revivify is really important. It needs a 300gp or larger diamond though. Ashley said if she gets a focus, it will probably be a diamond that she'd sacrifice to save a friend but "not some random schlub".

Toll of the dead is not in your vanilla book even if the book had cantrips. You chose 3 presumably already.

If you didn't specify cantrips initially then you have to choose 3. I have to think you did that already. You may then learn 1 additional one this level which can be toll of the dead but it will cost 25 gold. I think a short bow is more important for alice and a long bow for cat.

In terms of other non-vanilla level 1 to 9 spells, I'm going to say you need to learn those separately because otherwise it's too wide open to any unbalanced spell in your book which is already very OP that you just somehow know a hundred spells when you level up and can cast them. Clerics are special like that. In SheShe's game that's a big nope, clerics would be allowed to know 2 extra spells per level like other magic users. It is presumed you are learning new spells in your free time between levels. For a cleric, you presumably learned them all in seminary prior to being an adventurer. Though I might nerf Yulya at tier 2 and above since she left the church. But as it stands, she currently knows 3 cantrips and all level 1 vanilla spells.

It's a useful spell though, Autumn learned it iirc. They have a lot more gold though because they're further along and have completed quests.
