I tend to avoid making exact descriptions of what I consider spam vs what I consider slightly excessive consecutive posting for the same reason I don't explain my criteria for what is considered NSFW vs SFW, it does nothing but harm, since people either bitch that its stupid or argue semantic bullshit, or try to test borders.

Also I live in the US, nothing interesting about that flag and I don't post here near enough.
