A couple decades ago you would have been buying tabloids and pinning pictures of Britney Spears to your walls. Now it's some random woman you've turned into an e-celeb against her will, whose every move you try to watch, and she probably wants to kill herself because you all keep trying to force her life into the Truman Show. Not to mention the obsessives trying to steal her identity and making websites under her name to impersonate her.

Is the goal to get her to kill herself? Why else continue this for years on end when she's made it clear she doesn't want any of it? I can't understand continuing to do this all these years later unless it was solely to torture her.

 You do realize this is torture, right? She's harmless and wants to be left alone. Do you guys actually value your obsession with her more than her own wellbeing and ability to feel safe?

I genuinely want to understand.
