You can easily get someone’s IP address, not much can be done with it except you can view what people have downloaded on public trackers. I would give the benefit of the doubt to most people since a lot of weird stuff (movies, games, tv shows) that I’ve never heard of shows up under my IP on that site. But given that this guy is an open pedophile, I believe it’s just something he downloaded. Downloading famous CP on a public tracker is a guarantee to get the feds at the door eventually though, is he extremely stupid on top of being a pedo?
