Her brain and personality are already fucked she has no control over herself and doesn't even have a stable personality or self identity. Typically I am against medication but she's so far gone and her life couldn't get any worse she would probably be better off medicated. Regardless she should at least go to therapy but she just cuts anyone out of her life that tells her not to be self destruct than cries she's all alone
