i think the kind of person she is, the life of a nomadic wanderer/ traveler, would really suit her well. she needs to constantly have new and engaging stimuli , or she gets bored and disinterested and depressed. its too bad she isnt a good writer or coder, maybe she could become a digital nomad who does content for some online magazine , or keeps a travel blog.That way she could keep travelling and visiting new places and not run out of money.
