I think I have figured it out: Marky is aware that she has a history of making bad decisions. because of this, she is constantly in a state of doing something and then immediately wanting to undo that action, out of fear that shes made another poor decision. this has led her to be afraid of making ANY deciusions at all, and thus she is in this constant state of stasis and inactivity. she is always second guessing herself immediately after doing anything. thats why we often see her upload something, then take it down 10 minutes later.
