I don't think anyone in her immediate family was named Sarah. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the sisters are Helen, Aisling, Kate (now Nate), and her mom was Sinead. Unless they did that thing where people use their middle names as if it were their first, then that would make sense. Or they just used that name to hide which of them is behind the cash flows.
