All the people search websites I've used do not confirm her death; they still list her as 23 or say "age unknown". I've used those same websites to look up people I know are dead, and only one actually had a "deceased" label for them. That same site, which is the only one I could trust because of that, said Ciara's age was 23 on one profile, and unknown age on another. Idk why she has two records of herself with a different middle name but same relatives and address.

I'm not sure how to look up cremation records, because if she was buried then we'd definitely have a record on findagrave.com, and I can't find an equivalent website for cremations.
