Tbh I’ve seen worse people change and live normal, healthy lives despite vestiges of their old behavior appearing every now and then. Even in her teens, Ciara was very young and still learning how to live. I think with proper help and enough time, she would’ve grown and matured out of it. It seems like every one of her sociopathic traits like scamming was because of her drug addictions, and not some inherent sociopathy (or whatever similar label that can be attributed). Remove the drugs and she’d be okay, just slightly troubled. But the drugs removed her first, sadly
