JT was the drug noobie, which is why he let Ciara die. He didn't know what to do once she OD'd and panicked, and focused on not getting into trouble. If they had someone experienced with them, she would be alive. Ciara should have been rushed to the hospital after she first came to, because you know they did more fent/benzos/heroin after that and went to sleep. While sleeping Ciara stopped breathing and died, likely just 40 minutes after going to bed. JT wakes up like 8-12 hours later (because druggies sleep in) to find her stone cold.
