her upper teeth can be seen in the halloween flickr photos and they look perfectly fine. a person with "rotten"-stage dental issues would certainly not pose for and upload such images. they're also visible (to various degrees) in a few instagram pics. her keeping a closed mouth during selfies is an aesthetic choice, however stupid/vain/tryhard it might appear. it's worth keeping in mind that ken obsessively curates her online presence (a vast majority of her pictures are "arranged", i.e. not candids), and probably doesn't want to spoil her glum hipster image with live laugh love
