Which itself isn't 404 error, regular status 200 OK response. It also has a CSS file linked in <head>

Which is exact same as this one:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210618011023cs_/https://venuswithalongneck.neocities.org/style.css
So what this means, she hid her profile data, as that is apparently possible, deleted/hid all pages, and left a cutesy looking bogus "not found" page.
