I'm one of the most active posters here and I don't even bother to look in that server at all anymore, probably the same for most others here. I don't think there's as much of a connection as your post implies. With a few notable exceptions most people in that server are pure discordfags, so it's true most of them are probably not aware of this board and a lot of them don't even use 4chan either. Also, even though I barely use discord I've seen mention of this Snail girl there going back more than a year. Seems she's one of many girls who's been groomed and passed around in those servers. There was a video of her pissing her panties making the rounds a while back.
