No, that'd be a false inference.
I'm primarily saying that especially short and chewed-off nails are common with women who don't take care of themselves properly (or have a hard time doing that). That can include a lack of hygene, low self-esteem, mental issues and downright even cutting themselves.
This only really applies to up until around the age of 30, after that less women seem to care about it for one reason or another. But partially that also has to do with just having to work.

If a person gets his or her appearance done to a decent degree, they have a bigger chance at not being a complete screw-up in that regard, you know what I mean? It's something I've noticed over the years offline, but especially online.

From that webm, the thumbs nail starts to look inconveniently long, but those nails are top-notch. There's a certain elegance to the movement.
Needles to say, I'd let those nails scratch my back open.
I can't help but my mind going some wild places.

Pic related are the hands of a femanon who posted this pic for me on /r9k/. Coincidentally it was nearly exactly a year ago according to the file's date.
Later on in the thread she posted an updated pic of her newly done green nails for me, they were absolutely splendid. (Un)fortunately I'm not that often on 4chan and I haven't seen her again since. Her way of talking was really nice though and she seemed like an interesting soul.
