People do it all the time on discord and other places. There's even a fetish website for it on the Dark Web that I found years ago looking into things like Hurtcore, a fetish for systemic child physical abuse in creative and unusual ways. Some people do not give a shit about having CP and using it as leverage, like I said, there's entire fetish communities based around it.
