this actually makes a lot of sense, I hadn't connected the heroin with the nudes and ghosting and thought she is "spiraling". but she is apparently still in school and doing well in it and isn't a hard user? so I guess this was her all along.
nevertheless, this is antisocial behavior, not nice. not to a psychotic level, but depersonalizing people like that is inherently antisocial.
