Do you NEETs think a person should say something to the owner when they see a really overweight dog?
I saw one on the street right now. It was a huge CHONKER. Panting just from walking. Waddling along. Fat rolls all around its face and huge fat body.
It is a really awful thing to do to a dog. To let them get that fat.
I didn't say anything. I didn't know the guy.
