That nightmare hit me hard. It wasn't just the content of the nightmare itself, what it did was open up the floodgates for all sorts of repressed feelings. Knocked me flat.
I am still struggling. I have to build the walls up again. I should have got out of bed sooner instead of lying there ruminating.
