Bad home IT services today.
Harder than it should have been, you get told "its broken", identify the problem, then when you turn up find 8 unrelated problems.
Hardware failure, software liscences lapsed, peripheral hardware fried by a mountain dew related incident, pc fan clogged with doritoes, drivers out of date, system riddled with malware, HD full of uh... things.
But bad home visits are like this, I get called in for one thing and find everything is fucked.
