When I worked in catering I used to make note of big eaters, bring sausage rolls out early and tell people who took more than two to take a heap.
Always told bossman the same thing, better sacrafice $30 of sausage rolls than have an executive eat all our salmon.

Men would eat the most of what they figured was the cheapest, women would eat the most of whatever they thought was the most expensive.
That's why we put caviar on ouderves, it's simply to trick fat women into eating a hundred worthless bits of biscuit and we would then kek because that's exactly what they did every single time. Caviar isn't even expensive in commercial quantities.
