Was a front and a rear roast.
I took the bone out of the rear one, but fucked it a bit. Ended up hacking around the knuckle to get it out. Also took the fat cap off but took too much off.
Put the fore quarters in packs of 2,there was aboout 16, there was 3 and a half shanks, 7 loin chops, and 8 cutlets.
Ate the cutlets already.
Mince was put in 6 big bags and 5 smaller ones.
