Pálinka isn't for mixing, but sometimes drunk with a... uh.., we call it "follower", a sort of soft drink. You could try lemonade, but perhaps would be better with some cherry juice or cherry coke perhaps. Pálinka is often drunk as an appetizer, so adding something as acidic as lemonade I'm not sure it's a good idea.
