Telling these cunts the truth about what they have done to you is an important part of the process of healing. Half the battle is accepting that they have done something bad to you and you didn't deserve it.
You have to tell them in order to truly make yourself believe it. You have to shout it from the rooftops. "Look what this cunt has done to me, and she can go and get fucked."
I never even told anyone else what was being done to me, and I even let myself be punished at school etc for acting out as an abused person.
I kept their FOUL secrets for no good reason. Now I say fuck them, you should tell them what they have done to you (they are always in denial and living in a fantasy world) and tell everyone else as well.

Imagine being a person who abuses their own children and thinking you are superior to anyone! They are the lowest of the low. These cunts are lucky all they escape with is an estrangement and not a knife in their guts. Emotional abuse destroys children and you never recover from it. It causes permanent changes in the brain.
"Oh but she lets him live in her house." as if that is a fair trade for having permanently destroyed him psychologically, all for no good reason. Just because making him feel like shit made her feel a little bit better about herself.
