Seriously, believe whatever you want but not everyone would think the same.
Both fursona/persona words are just... so damningly annoying. It doesn't "represent" shit in my opinion or view, so it doesn't. I always found it ludicrous, even trying to make a macker persona myself didn't represent me, right? But I still "portrayed" an american artist designer appropriately, and not in a "fat mexican lolcow" way.
