Hmm... That bruised hand is the the same as on her Seraphine cosplay, and the chubbiness levels also look about the same. She's been holding onto these for a couple months. This seems to be the turning point. Away from the sexier outfits like this, the bunny outfit, etc. and doing more boy cosplays and less revealing outfits.
