Do whatever you need to if Bon fandom is truly messing up your life, but I don't think caring about a creator you loved getting into trouble is a bad thing.
Also, it's kind of the reverse in a way, though. All those other dumb girls COULD have been a really awesome person if things had gone differently. Obviously, very few people have talents as special as Bonbi's. But like Bonbi, they could be something special and cool if they were stronger and had better influences. That's why Bonbi both makes me feel despair and hope for humanity... She shows both how high and how low people can go, how people at their best have more potential to be awful than you'd imagine, but also how wretched people might have something beautiful in them in better circumstances.
