Most countries allow some drugs like alcohol and tobacco, while they forbid hard drugs. Governments ('daddy governments') indirectly are creating organized crime while they are forbidding hard drugs; people get drugs anyway, often just with lower quality than it is recommended or adulterated.
We don't recommend drugs because they could create health and security problems, but you are free to use your freedom with responsibility and maturity.
