The satisfaction of doing the right thing is not enough motivation for most humans in order to make moral decisions or moral actions all the time. If there was an excitement reward (something really good from the point of view of humans) for doing morality, people will take it seriously. This is a core problem of humanity, and we don't have a solution at the moment, because between other things, we can't reward humans enough to become good beings all the time.
Meanwhile, some religions or spiritual groups promise some kind of special reward when the soul separates from the human body, of course, if the soul follows an ethical path.
You can reward yourself with happiness (even though we recommend to be happy at all times) or other nice moral things!
