I meant in general, but yeah that seems about true. Smartphones more or less killed that niche of a market, and most of the rest are still geared towards handheld gaming. Only ones I know of that are closer to a non-handheld is the GPD ones and most of those still come with gamepad buttons and sticks. Won't get anything unique like back in the day.
