Unfortunately, they almost allowed the first one to process, and I only got the text about the second because by that point they had drained my account, and had overdrawn.
I too got some Indian over the phone when they put me through to the fraud dept, but he hung up, and when I called back I actually got someone very fluent in English. So far they've honored a refund of the other charges.
Still pisses me off. I was supposed to go grocery shopping tomorrow.
