Update: there's indications that the poop dispensers are ML Surovine, owned by Aljoša Alkhatib, a gypsy from Zalog near Ljubljana. It is registered as a business in handling non-dangerous waste. He has a huge private trashyard there which is smelled horrible, locals complained about it. He was already caught dispensing poo poo before, in October last year, on the other side of Slovenia, in Lokev in Kras region (pic 1). His trashyard also occasionally catches fire, last time in April last year (pic 2 and 3). He denies burning it himself though.
