well, it´s pretty much late in the day and /mlp/ looks alright. Not many threads added into it and the shitposting has remained as usual. I asked in /mlpg/ and some anon told me that it could be a fake and an inside job from /pol/ itself.
If it only affects /pol/, then it´s another obstacle out of the thousands /pol/fags have to deal everyday. I left that board because it´s so active and so quick, that any event happens, it comes and goes so fast that I forget about it pretty instantly. It´s a shitshow to cover it properly. However, ponies seem to be safe from it but these ideas....Tumblr never learns.

What I can say about >>1607 is that those people want to wear a cape and feel like heroes for one day but unlike David Robert Jones said in 1977, making social justice for making racism to disappear is just useless and unproductive. They seem to be really bored by making 4chan sociology and obsessing about racism. Watching School Daze would be more productive than posting about this and we could learn more from it.
Also, you cannot avoid racism, it goes pretty inherent to ourselves and we prejudge even if we don´t want it just by seeing previous actions from others. The biggest racists are funnily enough, the ones who claim to be anti racists and fight for them and representing the collective.
The best solution to deal with racism is by accepting that you actually hate and show a negative opinion about those people, and that´s fine. However, I agree that we should make judgements about each individual instead. But if we, as humans, follow inevitably these patterns, we can do nothing with it save voluntary awareness, not forced by someone else.
