>>3294 >because the brain cannot stop thinking about anything. Still, reading that line...certainly hurts in a way. Yeah. For me it's a passive numbness with a worry for pain in the future, if that makes any sense. I think I've gotten somewhat better recently but it's still something I think about.
>getting those thoughts in the exact period you became a fan and joined into the herd feels genuinely wonderful and scary at the same time to attach a moment that you would cherish, unrelated to ponies, yet associating them with a new era. It almost feels like you would have nostalgia about the show in the early years but it was a personal moment that featured ponies for the first time. Ponies weren't the only thing going on, but they played a major part of me taking a certain more open view and an interest in things that is a bit hard to articulate.
>It feels somewhat difficult to add outsider thoughts to those personal experiences, certainly is. As there are things that are hard to articulate and inner thoughts can be a bit strange to detail.
>surprisingly, not only 4chan reacts to ponies.....I think other chans do it as well. See >>3291 after 9 years of existence, their presence and imagery causes an impact to many outsiders.
It surprises me as well. I see less people shout dead meme and instead react as if ponies are an ongoing current fad. Perhaps that is a mark of respect in a way that our fandom has stayed organized and distinct for all these years so far .
>thanks, well I am back and the exams period is over. I think I will try to find some enjoyment out of these days of free time until I restart the routine. Goodluck with the restart!
