I've watched about four minutes of the first episode, and I do have some opinions.

There was a college instructor review that got passed around the internet once, to the tune of "teaches like Speedy gonzalez on a caffeine high"
The dialogue here is like that. They're cramming in as many syllables per second as they can, and everypony seems to be running pel mel everywhere resulting in an initial impression that their primary audience are the ADHD kids whose dosages have not recently been re-examined for effectiveness.

Also, pony puns were severely lacking. Combined with the designs that exaggerate the head, chibi style to the point where you can barely see they have hooves or, indeed are quadrupedal at all and I find the eleven minute run time fully explained.

This is the visual equivalent of flash fiction.

Because of the incredibly short time for set-up and denouement you can only tell tales that are archetypal and already in your head. If you were expecting a tail about pony tails, you'll see it, if not you'll associate their ramblings with a newspaper article you read last week, or whatever.
Not only is there nothing original in this series, they've engineered around any need to attempt anything original. Consider AJ's comment early in the first episode, _aimed at the camera_ of
>"Did you miss this? *I* Missed this."
This is Rehash:The series, designed to give anime weebs a small dopamine hit while offering much the same size hit to bronies who can't find anything else to watch yet.

Hasbro, I am disappoint.
