https://smutty.horse/ is a read-only pony-focused Pomf clone. smutty.horse did allow uploads of basically any <128-MiB file (not just MLP-related files). Upload access ended over CP problems ( still the case today https://web.archive.org/web/20231218223343/https://smutty.horse/ ).
