Thx for trying to get something down in writing. Happy to help with anything that uses my talents to best advantage.

However, i do not know about many of the things you've listed here. And am not all that interested, sorry. I'm not a BV on any board but this list seems very different from what BVs do on QR from what i can tell. They seem to have many of the same "powers" as BO (can delete posts certainly--a BV deleted have my notables once, don't know whether it was an accident or on purpose, kek). I think BVs can also see the IP hash, but not sure. They can probably bumplock a thread (which they did to mine, so it died). Can probably delete a post with CP or other illegal content--an important duty obviously, espec these days, ahem....until last April, BVs used to check the IP hash of bakers until @fastjack told them to stop--too bad, was one of the best things they did and fostered a certain camaraderie between (at least some) BVs and bakers. That's what i know about BVs on QR.

On QRB, there are no BVs, just one BO (8bit) and a baker crew of maybe 4-7 of us. BO does nothing other than keep an eye out and stuff i don't see as a baker. He has only posted once. Is very hands off, perhaps you can imagine why. Bakers do everything else on QRB. But the reason this is possible is that the breads are standardized, so a baker can step in and immediately know exactly what is in the dough and where to find it. There are slight difs between QR and QRB but not enough to matter.

So your BV list of duties seems different to me, don't really recognize them as typical. Also, you give a lot of work but very little power! hahaha....i don't care bc i'm not interested in that.

There's a focus in your list on being very pro-active, BO--a sort of rally-the-troops idea here that is not what i'd usually on a chan image board. My perspective is this: the troops don't really need to be rallied, just given a place to work and to post results. They don't need much moar than that, other than to be left alone. There are some really brilliant people here; even us non-autists are smart enough to know what we want to do and how to do it. And the notables are already notable; don't need really to be super-notable, kek.

I sort of said this before, but i really think the best possible thing you could do is to use the format already used for qresearch--including putting the notables in the dough--so that a baker can just come along and bake. And not to worry about the rest. EXCEPT for finding out how to report CP, sho oters, or anything else illegal. That's critically important, imo. As Q observes, this is not a game.

The projects that mean a lot to you--well, why don't you just undertake them as an anon? Maybe others will work on them with you, maybe not. That's just how it goes. (All diggers know what i mean.)

I should probably just say "no" to BV position at this point. Only allowed you to make me BV to kind of check it out, interested in how boards work, helps me be a better baker. But it might be time to get fired now. Really, I'm just an anon who loves to digg, bake and pray. Simple. ;-)
