Hey baker, if you goin for perfect, well.....i already told you one story about one of my less than perfect bakes, but almost all of them get fucked up in little ways. That's why dough repairs are common, either by BO or baker. My last bake, the title's bad, only BO can fix.
This happens so much that nobody really worries about it. Bakes are messy.

re pastebins:
can be confusing. that's why i use so much formatting and labeling with them and make sure the current pastebin is always tagged to the dough post--so there is a reference point upon which one can rely.

What do you think got overlooked? Really IMPRESSIVE bakes here lately--and now they'll be in QResear.ch, can't believe it. Now we can search to find out whether something is already in the notes. I always do that when i bake. This will make for much less duplication and give anons a way to catch up on current digs--see what's been done and what need's to be done.
