Baking instructions for Ebakes & Regular Bakes

This is a revision of the step by step instructions listed in the dough here. The first version only showed e-bake instructions. The revision shows e-bake instructions on p. 1 and regular bake instructions on p. 2.

It's often good to have several baking instructions because different anons relate to different approaches. Hope this is helpful for both experienced bakers from other chans and new bakers, can be run off on 8.5 x 11" paper (landscape).
