Yeah, I know how to bake for real, but the extra instruction is appreciated.
The last two I've done have just been quick run-throughs, always as just general notes for folks to catch-up, and for the next "official baker" to have some sort of root by which to bake.

But it seems the ovens are running empty now, so I may just have to pick up putting real time and effort into them if nobody else picks it.

Would probably help me to take more careful notes as well. I don't generally have to reference to recall or connect things, but it would be a good track of progress.
