So much to learn as a baker, but it never gets old. And it's always very interesting. And pretty exciting, when Q posts. I'm still pretty newfag at that, it goes so fast. And when we had captchas--oh, geez. Those precious few secs lost on every page!

Practicing on both QR and QRB, it's slightly different bc they are different boards. But Q posts go in both breds, even tho Q just posts on QR. We try to avoid duplication of news stories, tho, done by checking Qresear.ch for dups, which we don't do here. But if you don't check, anons will call you out, which they should!

Try to bake on QR if you're in the mood, it's worth it, despite all the craziness. Nights are the time for new bakers. I think the pre-graveyard/graveyard shifts prolly need bakers. You could try a bit of note-collecting and baking on QRB for starters -- more relaxed few shills, as here. You just have to add in the notes to the dough and make corrections/additions (or ask another baker to help with it, somebody's often around). Good atmosphere, i like it. You have to watch yourself moar on QR--high drama board with both shills and mgmt problems, as you probably remember. Just announce you're a brand new baker--and go with that as long as possible, to they will leave you alone (hoping you'll screw up). Doesn't matter, just go for it!

Learn something different on every board, stuff you can apply on next board. Here they are doing this interesting coordinating of meme sniping. Seems quite successful. Pretty sure it will spread once other boards are open. Will be interesting to see the results.

Hope ur back, getting purdy thirsty....
