yeah, one of the more frustrating aspects of baking is how easily shills can undermine bakers simply bc anons typically have no idea of what baking or dough mgmt are really like. So when something goes wrong--which happens all the time, bc of so many "x" factors--anons are WAY too liable to believe shill claims about comp'd bakers. Not that comp'd baker don't exist, but not nearly as much as anons think.

Bakers also know how shill bakers tend to operate which means that anons who have baked are better at distinguishing the real thing from, say, some young buck baker who's just being careless and stupid.

Most of the time--like 95%--when things go wrong, they are just plain mistakes, nothing moar.
