I do not handoff dough to anyone; i do handoff the responsibility for a bred to other bakers when stepping down. This is what the word "handoff" means in the context of a bred. I also know the most recent pastebin is--what it is and where it is located, unless it's been changed since the dough. In which case, that change should be linked to the dough post, so that it can be easily found.

This protocol is known to all QR bakers and is the approach i use when baking. And the one I teach to new bakers, so that they can properly communicate with more experienced bakers.
