Only takes two steps to flip CA.
1 - Stop All cheating/fraud - Q and Trump have to do this at the federal level and hopefully have for 2020 because they didn't in 2018. (tbh I don't think its done for 2020 either)
2 - All others who don't normally vote because you think it didn't count (you were right-btw) HAVE to vote TRUMP this year. Only ask you one time, Do it in 2020.

Its ALL riding on Trump 2020, not just California.

And Trump do a rally in Cali.

The place to do it is Mojave. Center of Military, mining, agriculture, space travel, NASA, defense industry, There is a million conservatives within 50 miles every direction. Fly into Mojave Airport and have it right in a hanger. kevin Mccarthy's district even. Make it a Saturday with Rush Limbaugh and Dans Bake sale.
