I think you are realizing something important here - all the recorded shows of those you mentioned are uploaded by normal people, not FOX and so FOX has an entire staff of people who do nothing but search for them on jootube and issue DMCA notices, so jootube truncates them to 0:02 and then deletes them.

tl:dr - they are taken down for copyright issues, at the request of FOX
