I use Kraken, they have been somewhat reliable. I don't know they can be used if you're from Argentina. But when it comes to crypto exchanges you can never fully trust them and ideally you would have accounts on multiple different exchanges. Let me know when you have made one. It's better if you make account(s) now and go through the process now than later so you can make the transactions at the right time without waiting time or delay
