There is no rational anger, the mind should indeed never be tricked into rationalizing anger, and the body should never be angry over something that is not real (or not right target), but anger is real and there are real things to be angry about.
You can't even function socially without anger.

If you keep mistaking the mind for the body, you will always be in a game of rope with this inherent contradiction of what we are. Both things are true, every time. We exist in a duality of worlds.
