Yes. The mind is the "virtual" space in which thoughts exist, as well as everything else you experience. The physical life is experienced through a projection in this space, not directly.
Consciousness is the only fact in this space, you are, but even memory is not constant (Like how you experience remembering things in a dream that are not real memories).
You can experience even being God, but none of those experiences is more real than any other.
